DiEt ProGraMMMMm!!!!

i got a sis that kind of chubby but still sweet.. hehe.. now im really proud of her bcos of her effort to lose weight. its has been 2weeks.. and she doing well.. oh.. i wanna share smthing with u all.. in diet, we r not only measure how much weight loss to know that our diet working good or not.. there are lot things to know..
contoh

  1. weight - tentunya. hehe
  2. bmr - which is the ability of our body to burn calories taken..
  3. body fat range - kandungan lemak yg mnumpang bdan kita.. range die bdasarkn sex and umur..
  4. body water range - kandungan air dlm badan..nie based on sex..
  5. and lain lain lain.. :)
for me, most important  kita kena taw bmr kita so senang skit nak taw berapa calori yg kita patut amek tuk kurgkan berat kita. stiap mknan ade die nye jmlah calori sdiri..

so utk taw korg punye bmr dan dptkan list calories makanan, sila hbungi sy.. hehe.. 

dan satu lg, sesiapa yg btul2 nak sertai diet program, kami sedia mbantu..
